Latte’ is a second generation miniature golden doodle from Ohio.  She became part of the Surdej family in May 2013 at the age of 10 weeks.  Latte’s is a smart, friendly dog with a good temperament and easy-going personality.  She showed great potential early on and at the age of two started obedience/training classes in January 2015 at K9 Connection in Buffalo with Josh, the trainer.  Latte’ goal was to fine tune her skills and becoming a certified therapy dog.  Latte’, & Kristin as her handler, tested for Therapy Dogs International in November 2015 and passed.  Latte’ submitted her paperwork, now she and Kristin are officially a certified team starting in January 2016.  Latte’ plans to test again with Mary Kate and Michelle from the office so they too can take her on official visits as handlers.  Latte’ is available upon request for visits with clients at their homes, at facilities and by groups, organizations or facilities.  Latte’ is a regular at the Network in Aging of Western New York Education Committee meetings held at Buffalo Meals On Wheels offices.  In her spare time Latte’ enjoys running in the yard, chewing on a bone and spending time lying in front of a fireplace at home or at her family’s cabin in the southern tier.
